KarlaF LLC develops and operates internal financial tools and dashboards, including integrations with QuickBooks Online and other financial platforms. These tools are designed for internal business use and authorized clients only.

Authorized KarlaF LLC personnel
Clients who have explicitly authorized access to their financial data
Internal bookkeeping, reporting, and financial analysis purposes
Unauthorized access or use of our tools is strictly prohibited.

Users of our tools agree to:

Provide accurate authorization when connecting financial accounts
Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials
Use the tools only for their intended lawful purposes
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our tools may integrate with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online (Intuit). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. KarlaF LLC is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual Property
All tools, dashboards, code, and materials developed by KarlaF LLC remain the intellectual property of KarlaF LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our tools are provided “as is” for internal business purposes. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, KarlaF LLC makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of data displayed through our tools. Financial decisions should always be verified against source records.

8. Limitation of Liability
KarlaF LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our internal tools, including any inaccuracies in financial data displayed.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our tools following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
